Private Land (US) doesn't show Tax address like ONX Layer

I just made the jump from ONX Hunt to Gaia after seeing that they have a Private Lands Layer available..... got everything up and running, and I see there is no Tax Address information when you click the details (something Onx has and I assumed would be the same on the Gaia layer)? It only has the land owner name?
My main reason for using these programs is to be able to contact land owners for permission to access private lands, or for potentially purchasing land....... just having a name and no tax address makes this pretty much useless for any of these reasons :(
Am I missing something here? Is this feature coming? I feel like I just lost my only reason for switching to Gaia and I had to pay for a premium membership to figure this out.

Hey @Allen,
If the address information is available for a parcel, you can view it by following these steps:
1. Tap the parcel owner's name on the map
2. In the tap drawer, tap the parcel name
3. The parcel's detail will display with the address
Like this:
