waypoints are dim

Is it normal for the waypoints to be dim? 

If I have 10 on a map, only one seems to be bright, the others are dim?

Is this by design or a flaw?

  Hey @davepo3,
  
  The waypoints will dim when you have something else specifically selected, but they will be at full opacity when nothing else is selected. 
  
  Try clicking on a blank spot on the map to see this.
