Printing longitude and latitude on a map

How do I include the longitude and latitude on a printed map?  I see a setting for compass, but not longitude and latitude.

  Hi there, 
  
  Here's how to overlay coordinate grids on your printed maps:

  1. Click Map Overlays icon
  2. Click Grid Overlay (bottom)
  3. Select Lat/Lng, UTM, or MGRS
  4. Then print your map
