I was excited by the announcement that the 1930s Historic Topo would be available for Hawaiʻi but then disappointed to learn that only three tiny quads are available for the Big Island. Nothing for the other islands and nothing for Oʻahu. Hardly worth mentioning. And the 1900 Historic Topo only covers most of the Big Island, Lanaʻi and Kahoʻolawe. Again, nothing for the other islands and nothing for Oʻahu.

Is there a plan to expand available Historic Topo maps for Hawaiʻi?

  Hey there,

  No plans for more historic maps specifically for Hawaii at the moment.

  But if you have maps that you'd like to see in Gaia GPS, you may be able to add them as a custom map layer. Here's more info on that: Import a Custom Map Source
