Show elevation on CarPlay

I'd just like Gaia on CarPlay to have the option to show the elevation on the main display.

  @DPayne1,

  That would be an awesome feature. I'm not sure it's possible since Apple has really strict rules about what can be displayed on the CarPlay screen, but I've put in a feature request for you just in case.
