Conservation Area Overlay - comments were turned off
AnsweredMy last post about an overlay was answered only in part and the comments were turned off so I couldn't follow up. Yes I know the MO hunting map has the area I requested. But I should be able to import the map overlays from my state's conservation website. Please advise and thank you!

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching back out. You can import some maps yourself, but it doesn't appear the Missouri Department of Conservation makes their data available in the appropriate formats for this.
Last week I looked into creating a custom map overlay for you from the conservation website you previously linked to. I was unable to find an appropriate URL with the data you're looking for to set up a custom TMS map. Nor could I find links to download the data as a GPX, KML, or Shapefile. I'm sorry about that.
It's possible that this organization would share data with you in one of the above formats. You can contact the department here: https://mdc.mo.gov/contact-engage/contact-us
If you are able to obtain the data, here are some articles that may help you add them as a custom source:
- Import a Custom Map Source
- Adding a TMS Map Source
- Import Maps and Data with Mapbox Studio
- Transforming GPX or KML files into a Custom Map Source in Gaia GPS
Please contact Support here if you have further questions.
