Outside subscription not recognized

I purchased outside premium through Trailforks using my Apple ID. Gia doesn’t have the option to sign into your account with an Apple ID and despite using the same email address for my Gia account I cannot get it to recognize my premium subscription

  Not sure if they are related, but my GAIA Outside+ renewed last month and yesterday Trailforks and Outside+ doesn't recognize my subscription any longer.  I have a helpdesk ticket in with GAIA GPS
