How to remove built in Public Lands overlay from certain maps?

I love using the Satellite with Labels and the Gaia Overland map, however the built in overlay for public lands is annoying and distracting.  Especially on the Satellite with Labels map where I feel it takes away from the satellite images.  Is there a way to remove this built in overlays from these maps?  There is already a Private Land overlay that you can use if you wanted to see those boundaries.  The best part about the overlay versus the built in is you can adjust the opacity of the overlay.

Alternatively, is there an overlay which only contains roads and labels that I can put over a regular satellite map?
