I have the same problem with a Windows PC and Chrome. I tried MS Edge browser as well. The maps load on my iPhone SE. This is rather inconvenient since I use these maps to plan my bush walks.

I submitted a customer support request two days ago without any response so far.

Yep still not working for me. I also use the NSW topo maps in conjunction with the Gaia topo to plan my bushwalks. Good as the Gaia tops are they don't have as much info, such as cliff lines as the NSW topo.

I hope they fix this issue soon as I'm in the final stages of planning a 2 week bushwalk!

While we wait for a response, I will make the observation that when you select the NSW Topo map layer using the blue slider "NSW Department of Finance, Service and Innovation 2018" appears at the bottom of the map panel. This might indicate that the layer is not completely lost.

Its possible to select other map layers such as Satellite and Gaia Topo (meters or feet), however these are of limited use to me.

Fortunately, the NSW Topo map layer still works on my phone.

I have no NSW Topo maps on the PC but definitely on my Android phone. I hope there is a solution as I have moved mapping software so many times and I really like this one. It would be typical of the NSW government to put up their prices but I will favour stuff up over conspiracy.

Does anyone find that the visible layers periodically get reset to Gaia Topo (feet)? Not every time but at least once a week, when I open my web page I need to re-load Gaia Topo (meters) and NSW Topo - these are basically the only maps I use.

    R.
