Old app vs new app (with yelloe
I use a Gaia Pro app that I started in about October 2016. The Pro or Premium has now expired. I also have the new app with the yellow line around it on a trial membership. Maps I previously downloaded to the older app are not available on the new app. I used the old app for a trip to Nepal and preloaded it with topo maps. Worked great! I would like to load topo maps for the Tibet part of my trip now that I’m home.
Will I still be able to get worldwide topo and street info?
Do I need to buy a Premium membership?
Which app should I use?
What is the difference between both apps?
Will the old app still be supported?

Hi,
You can read a breakdown of the differences here: https://help.gaiagps.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009727388
If you sync your account from the old app, then log in from the new app, it should show all your maps - with the exception of maybe a few sources that had to get removed for various reasons. You could sync your account to the new app to see.
In the new app, you'd get a free 2-year Membership since you already purchased the old Gaia GPS app, so you don't need a Premium Membership. Premium includes the GaiaPro maps and overlays - so if you want to maintain access to those maps, then yes you should get premium.
The old app is still being supported, but I'd recommend using the new one.
