    Hi,

    I'm sorry you had trouble with the update - your access to the app should be unchanged. 

    We got another report of what you're experiencing and are currently investigating the issue.

    Please send logs to support ASAP by opening Gaia GPS and going to > Settings > Send Logs and mention my name in the message so it gets routed back to me.

    We're hoping to get the underlying issue fixed today, and sending logs will help speed that up!

    Just checked my Gaia App and I see the same thing that Zalabowp does.  

    Also, and the reason I came on here in the first place.....Bought the app 2 1/2 years ago for a MotoX 2nd Gen phone and it worked great.  After transferring everything over to a new Samsung S8 in August my tracking doesn't work properly, it skips and only seems to put a point down when I open the screen occasionally during my hike but the tracking feature has been on the whole time.  Do I need or do you have a fix?

    Having the same issue after update. Do you want me to send my logs in as well?

    Pete,

    It sounds like you have Power Saving (battery saving) mode on - turn that setting off and track recording should work.
