Can I use my Garmin TOPO U.S. 24K Northeast v2.gmap on Gaia for iOS

I have the DVD version of Garmin's TOPO U.S. 24K Northeast.  The name and format of the actual file installed on my Mac is "TOPO U.S. 24K Northeast v2.gmap".

Is there any way I can use this map with Gaia on my iPhone?

  Hi,

  No, unfortunately that file type is specific for Garmin devices.

  I think you might find Gaia Topo comparable to the Garmin Topo maps, and it is available at the same resolutions.

  Thanks for your response.  I was hoping there might be some way to reformat it, but I guess not.
