Show current location on altitude profile

While the main map shows your current location on the map (and it's proximity to a route), it would be helpful to also see where you are along a route's elevation profile to know how much climbing/descending is still to come.

  I just got back from a 300km bike tour and support this request. My friend was using Komoot and it provided him with a current position on the altitude profile. While you can do something like this on the PC view of a route, I have to subscribe to Komoot to get both current position on map and current altitude position on the altitude profile (under the map).
