Extra cost for android app?

I have a premium membership, and I was excited to get started, until I found out you have to pay an additional 19.95 to download the app???? Why don't you include the app with the membership?

  HI Ashli Baldwin,

  I have the app on IOS and the membership. I have now purchased a tab A for dedicated truck navigations. Do I need to buy the Android App?
