This would be useful, also the ability to vary the line thickness and have thinner lines on printed maps

I often have overlapping track lines where trails merge and right now one track line will totally obscure the others. I don't even seem to have control over which is on top. To be able to set thicknesses, styles, and opacity as well would greatly assist here.

A blue track and a red track at 50% opacity overlapping for a stretch would produce a magenta track, for example. Or a blue dashed track and a red dashed track overlapping would produce a line of blue-red-blue-red-etc.

As a new member I don't get a vote, but I like your Blue-red-blue-red idea.

Adding my voice asking GaiaGPS to add these very basic features. Most important for me are line thickness and the visibility order of layers. (Virtually every other platform has offered these for decades, TBH.)

I agree, the trail system I am walking looks like a spiderweb, or a   bowl of spagetthi with trails crossing over each other ..hard to tell which route to take as I come to an intersection where I cross over my own track.
