bring back offline / no cell data toggle in app

Please bring back the toggle within the application to turn off cell data. It is a pain to have to go into iOS settings to do this, and when in sketchy cell service - the app keeps wanting to download map updates over the air instead of using my downloaded/cached map....so I'd like the ability to quickly turn off cell data whenever I see that happening directly within the app.
