Would be a great feature to have Gotenna integration so you could send and receive locations on Gaia maps. The Gotenna maps are pretty pathetic compared to the topo and satellite maps available on Gaia.
This resource would be a lifesaver for us in the back country snowmobiling. Consider an example that happened last year. I ride off into a wooded area while the rest of my group is finishing lunch. I end up getting stuck in a very bad spot and could really use some help digging out. I was able to communicate with my group on our BCA radios, but they can't find me (impossible to see me in the trees). With a set of Gotenna's connected to Gaia GPS, I could have sent my location to a riding partner and they could look on Gaia maps to see how to best approach my location and help me out of there in 15 minutes instead of the hour it took me.
I could have sent a lat/long through the Gotenna or even read it over the radio, but that would require the receiver to be able to understand how to input the lat/long, lots of time without gloves on, etc. With integration, it could literally be one button and you see your riding partner show up on your map.
