    Hi ,

    I'm sorry that you had trouble syncing.

    Please open Gaia GPS > Settings > Send Logs and mention my name in the message so it gets routed back to me.

    Just sent them. Thanks for the help. If there's any chance we can figure this out in the next hour or so (project deadline) that would be a dream! Or if you have other ideas for getting photos off the app and onto a computer. Thanks, Miranda

    I'm also having trouble with the sync.  My maps and tracks are loaded to the web page.  I hit sync on both my iPhone and ipad and it shows "in progress" for about 6-7hrs then the app crashes and it show that it never synced.  I haven't been able to sync either app since I purchased the app.  All my accounts are signed in under the same email and user name.  Any thoughts?

    I'm having a last sync problem too. I sent the logs under my work email by accident and this email.

    I'm sorry for the trouble! There was an issue today affecting sync but it should be fixed now.

    I too am having am getting sync incomplete.  I've tried multiple times, but always get the same result.  I just sent my logs.

    My wife and I use this app, the sync function works perfectly on her old iphone, but I am experiencing the same issues as everyone above. I can not even force a sync

    My last successful sync was 11/11/20 at 6:07:12PM

    I've tried numerous time to sync with my android phone. I have a Motorola G7 power.
