Proximity-based Search
It would be great if the search feature took your location into account-- for example, if, when searching for "camp" the results were sorted by camps nearest to me instead of as they currently are.

I agree with this. Currently, if you do a search for, example "Table Mountain", Gaia gives me Results for seemingly every thing name Table Mountain in a worldwide database. It would be great to limit the search to a specific state or perhaps radius in miles/kilometers from your current location.

Also it seems some results do not appear at all for common names. If I search for “red arrow” I do not see the track of that name near me for example, but it is in your database if I go there on the map.
Searching for other tracks with more unique names doesn’t have this problem.
I wonder is there a limit to the number of results displayed, and this one is too far down the list?
All the results I see for “red arrow” are on the other side of the planet. It makes search pretty much useless.
