    I agree with this. Currently, if you do a search for, example "Table Mountain", Gaia gives me Results for seemingly every thing name Table Mountain in a worldwide database. It would be great to limit the search to a specific state or perhaps radius in miles/kilometers from your current location.

    Thanks for the feedback on the search feature everyone.

    We are currently looking into adding a proximity element to the search bar, but I don't have an ETA on it at this time.

    Also it seems some results do not appear at all for common names. If I search for “red arrow” I do not see the track of that name near me for example, but it is in your database if I go there on the map.

    Searching for other tracks with more unique names doesn’t have this problem.

    I wonder is there a limit to the number of results displayed, and this one is too far down the list?

    All the results I see for “red arrow” are on the other side of the planet. It makes search pretty much useless.

    I'd like to refine this request to make sure the users saved data can be sorted based on proximity to the area shown on the screen.
