adding a waypoint to previously recorded route

I just drove and recorded a route. After completing the route I realized I didn't add a couple of waypoints that I needed to add to the route. When I got home I added the routes to my map but they didn't merge into my route. Is there anyway to add the waypoints to the map I created?

  Hi,

  The easiest thing to do is to group the track and waypoints together in a folder.

  You could 'resume' your recording to add the points directly, or if they happen to be images on your camera roll, you can upload images directly to the track and they'll get turned into waypoints.
