Garmin InReach SE+ 'talking to' Gaia GPS on iPhone?

Has any one had any success with the new Garmin InReach SE+ talking via Bluetooth to Gaia GPS on the iPhone?

I current use a Bad Elf for GPS tracking and was looking to get the Garmin for its Satellite Communication benefits and was wondering if it'd also be able to replace the Bad Elf as my GPS tracking.

  Hi Paul,

  I don't think it's possible to use the inReach as a Bluetooth GPS with other apps but let me know if you find a way!

  The Garmin Glo should work for that purpose, but I typically recommend Bad Elf.

  Hey Paul, 

  I have a Garmin Inreach Explorer and it works perfect with Gaia over bluetooth. I'm not sure about the SE, but the Explorer works perfectly.

  Can anyone else confirm that they have successfully linked a Garmin InReach device to Gaia?  The referenced video does not mention InReach, only a Garmin device.
