Screen Freezing

    Hi David, 

    Can you update to v1.5 from the App Store to see if you are still having the same issue with that version?

    If you do, please email logs to support (Settings > Other > Send Logs), along with a short description of the issue and someone can take a closer look.

    Hi Ashli,

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

    Prior to your comment I had upgraded both the Gaiagps and IOS software to the latest version 1.5 and 11.1.1 and was still having the same problem.

    However I did notice a small green box with an explanation mark inside it (sorry I don't have a screen shot). I had though it was just part of the interface and not a dialog box per se. After tapping it with my apple pen it opened up (why didn't I think of this sooner, (head slap) is beyond me).

    The contents displayed were files that were successfully downloaded as well as unsuccessful downloaded files. I dismissed the dialog box and the problem I was having disappeared.
