Add Acuterra Map Source

I notice two new premium map sources: National Geographic trail and Neotreks. I hike in the Santa Monica mountains and so I checked these two map sources against OpenCycleMap and what I know about the area. The National Geographic lacks some major trails. Neotreks looks pretty good about as good as OpenCycleMap and Google. Although Neotreks is a little hard to read (trail lines are too thin). Acuterra is more readable and more complete. Acuterra should be a premium option.

  Hmmm. How do I cancel this request. I checked and NeoTreks and Acuterra are now the same. I thought when NeoTreks originally became available they weren't the same, but now that I check they are, at-least now they appear to be.
