Is the cost of the app ($19.99) over and above the Premium Member cost?

What about the people who bought the app before this new policy existed and do not want to pay $20/month for a membership? Are they now proud owners of a $20 app whose only function is a screen with two prices on it?

If you purchased the app already, you get a free membership.

If you have any trouble with that:
