Stuck downloading

My galaxy S7 phone has been stuck like this for 2 weeks.  I've tried restarting the phone, and everytime I start the app, it gets stuck trying to download this map. I can't delete this map without also deleting the other layers on the same map.

  I'm not sure what's going on with your map, but I'll escalate this to support so someone can take a closer look!
