Blank strip on trails illustrated map when zoomed
Running android app but this problem exists on gaiagps.com as well. The Trails Illustrated map for Grand Canyon creates a blank strip when zoomed beyond a certain point. Zoom back out, and it looks fine - zoom in, and a blank strip appears (right where I'm planning to hike, of course).

There's still a problem. The blank strip still appears on both my android and desktop, and I cannot get Caltopo maps to show up at all on my desktop (haven't tried on my android phone).
Gaiagps seems extremely buggy. Wishing I hadn't bought a pro membership, it doesn't seem to have bought me anything.
Support team has been working this for 2 weeks, and the feedback has been poor. Is the team working on it? Do they have any questions? Would they like to know specifics? All I get is an email saying 6.7.7 fixes it. It doesn't come close.

I apologize for the confusion about what v6.7.7 fixed. The update corrected a bug that was preventing the entire Net Geo layer from being viewed in the Android app. However, the blank strip within Nat Geo's Grand Canyon coverage is due to missing map tiles from Net Geo. I created to a bug report for this, but failed to inform you of the reason, sorry about that.
I have also sent you a follow up email with more information on the CalTopo map sources.
If you are interested, I can definitely refund your purchase of GaiaPro since the Nat Geo layer is missing coverage for the area you are needing.
