Driving Directions - Google maps vs. Apple Maps

In my area, google maps is much more reliable for small dirt roads than Apple maps. A desirable feature would be to somehow (configuration, or some apps use multiple buttons) chose to use Google maps instead of Apple maps.

  I would also like this feature. Since I have to drive quite a distance to reach my 4x4 trailhead, Google maps with the offline street maps are a significantly better solution than Apple maps.  If I accidentally close Apple navigation, and have no cellular service, I'm no longer able to route to the trail start properly.
