Crosshairs Icon in Fullscreen Mode

Completely agree with previous suggestion to make crosshairs available in full screen mode! The new interface loses too much screen real estate (especially in landscape) without fullscreen but it's worthless without crosshairs.

In addition it would be REALLY nice if you could lock the crosshairs mode. I like to leave it so that it's always tracking my position and direction but when I'm trying to navigate the back country I frequently need to adjust my zoom level and doing so kicks my out of the crosshairs mode I was in. It's really annoying.

  Hi all,

  This is partially solved in the update that came out last night. We made it so that when you are in course-up mode (crosshairs mode) and zoom in or out, it won't break. You can read the update notes here: http://blog.gaiagps.com/gaia-gps-v1-1-for-ios-with-usfs-motor-vehicle-use-maps/
