    The method Melanie indicated only seems to save the thumbnail, not the photo in its original size/resolution.  So basically, worthless.  jpurdy is right, just use your phone's native photo function with Location on.  You could then add the waypoint to Gaia, but I don't think you can add a photo the waypoint.

    Hey @MattParkerf724a91109634030,

    Sorry for the trouble with your photos syncing to the website.

    From your device, please open this page and tap on the following link:

    It should launch Gaia GPS and start a sync. When finished, it should show the current time next to Last Sync, but depending on how much data is syncing, it could take a few minutes.

    If you still have issues after that, email support@gaiagps.com and we will continue to investigate.

    @jonathan.rk.rys

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Photos taken within the Gaia GPS app on Android are stored in the jpeg format at 100% quality.  The original image is uploaded by the server and not processed additionally.

    If you have further questions, please email support@gaiagps.com.

    Like all before me, I had a bad experience in trying to download my photos. Im archaeologist, and my PHD is based in survey and photos of archaeological sites. I used GaiaGPS because is the most user friendly and trustly device that I could find. But, when I came back of the fieldwork, I found that I have more 850 photos, and that I can not download it as a group. Its very bad that dont have a feature to download it all, or that for android it doesnt go to camera roll. Please, if you guys can help me, dont want to lose many days doing one by one downloading. Just find me a solution to have all the photos!

    I thought I'd add my support to have a bulk download feature.

    I'm in the same position as jmlflg888 and am using this app professionally and have a premium subscription.

    It's really hard to believe that Gaia thinks downloading one picture at a time is a reasonable solution.

    I've been wanting this feature forever. So, I just had to do the scraping myself. Here's how you can do it.

    Gaia would probably want something in Lambda to run as a job, then plop a zip on S3 I'm guessing...
