This page explains how to upload one (1) .GPX file into one (1) folder.  How do you upload MORE than one .GPX file into that folder, please?

Currently, you are not able to directly upload more than one GPX file into a folder. Although, after uploading the files, you can combine them into a single folder by following these steps:

I continually get the error "Unsupported file type" even when uploading .gpx files.  What is the fix?

I'm sorry there is an issue uploading your GPX file. I noticed you also sent us an email and Chris has followed up with you there.

Can you click "Submit a Request" above and include a copy of the file you are having an issue with so we can take a closer look?

When you export a KML file from Google Earth and import via the web interface, only the tracks and polygons import, but not the waypoints. But when you import the same KML file on IOS the waypoints will import as well.

I'm sorry for the trouble. The importer in the app is a bit more robust than the importer on gaiagps.com and can handle larger files.

Why can't we see waypoints when we import from Google Earth? I've tried several times to get this to work reliably, including using the app to import the files. Gaia will show my path but none of the markers I added to my trial.

One solution appears to be saving the path from Google Earth and then converting it to a GPX and then uploading that file to Gaia. At least it worked once. Seems better support should exist, especially for those of us who paid $40.

I'm sorry you are having trouble importing your file. Can you send a copy of the file you are trying to import by clicking 'Submit Request' above and we can take a closer look at this issue?
