To report bugs, log in to the Help Center, and click 'Submit a request' to send an inquiry to the support team.
The best bug reports include this information:
- Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the bug in the simplest possible way, starting with "open the app."
- Tell us what device (iPhone/iPad/iPod) you are using.
- If you can, tell us what version of iOS you are on, and what generation your device is.
- If the app crashes, send your activity logs from the bottom of the settings menu
Send A Screenshot
For certain issues, it may be helpful to send a screenshot. To do that:
- Hold down on the home and sleep/wake button on your iPad/iPhone at the same time.
- The screen will flash and a screenshot will appear in your Photos.
- From your Photos you can email me the screenshot.
