Hi, We have a team account.  I want to build tracks and waypoints to only show to members of my team.  Do the public setting show anyone with a GAIA GPS account?  How can I show only members of my team?

Yes, toggling on the Public setting for your data will add your data to the Public Tracks overlay which is accessible by anyone with a Gaia GPS account.

For sharing data just among your Team account, I recommend using the Shared Folders feature which will let you choose who has access to the data. Check out these article for more information on using Shared Folders:

How do I share? When I look at a route I created I don't see the "share" button that you show in the example.

Can you click 'Submit a Request' and send a screenshot so we can take a closer look?

There are no "share" buttons on my screen to match the example in this article. I figure I can copy the URL from the browser, but I am not able to open in another browser unless it is public. The article says anybody with the link can open even when private.

Thanks for the screenshot. Can you also let me know your device and web browser so I can take a closer look?
