Viewing route stats for a folder

Hi folks, I added a few contiguous routes into a single folder. How do I view their combined stats (distance, elevation, etc.)?

  Great question. I was fooling around with Gaia trying to add my multiday backpack Tracks into one folder and I couldn't even manage that. I hope someone has an answer so we both can learn.
