In iOS the downloads folder saying no active downloads is often wrong
and it may be downloading anyway.
Also resume download in the overall command never works in iOS.
Try giving resume download one at a time in the save list, choosing in the order listed.
Do not know if android is the same bugs as iOS but try it, might help.

Thanks for the suggestion Walt.  I've been trying to individually resume downloads and usually it works, but not this time.  I tried it once more after your suggestion and still no luck.  Thanks for trying.  Hopefully someone else has had this issue and was able to find a solution or a work around.

Following. I haven't been able to download anything for weeks in the Android app. Works fine on my wife's iPhone. Exact same symptoms. I'm used to it taking absurdly long so I started this weeks before a trip. No joy. I'll use a real GPS for offline use. This is unacceptable.

Please don't post the "Troubleshooting" article in response. I've been over that. This happens on my phone and tablet. Signed in. Active subscription. Different layers. Uninstalled. Cleared cache. The Android app isn't downloading, or even attempting to download, for offline use.

This is a known bug if you have an Outside+ subscription. I contacted support and they were able to fix it for me by adding a Gaia premium subscription to my account.

If you're having this problem, open a support case - at least until the bug is fixed.

I was working with one of the customer support reps over email.  He was very helpful trying to solve this issue with me.  Ultimately I purchased a new subscription within the app (without his direction) and the maps immediately started downloading.  Once I told this to customer support, they refunded my additional subscription.  Thanks for your suggestion vboginskey!  I wish the customer support rep I was working with knew that.  It would have saved us days of troubleshooting.
