trail no longer exists

Is there a way to comment on a listed trail that no longer exists? This horse trail has not been managed for so long that even bushwhacking was impossible. Not a dangerous situation, but wondering if there is a way to note this for others. GSMNP, Cades Cove area, Cades Cove Horse Trail segment west from Anthony Creek. Rangers stated this trail was unknown and we were unable to move through the brush and saplings for more than 200 feet or so.
