Overlay not showing up on entire area

I am planning a trip and want the NatGeo Illustrated overlay on Gaia.  But, I can’t get this overlay to cover the entire area I need - see screenshots of the missing area.  The square is not covered, but is surrounded by, NatGeo.  

Does this mean this square section is just not available on this overlay - or am I doing something wrong?
