Cannot edit waypoints in a shared folder

Hello.

I hope you can help. Ive created a folder to share waypoints with a group. The folder has three subfolders. Ive shared the main folder with a few people. Everyone can place new waypoints in any folder they want and everyone can see the waypoints others have added. The problem is we're not able to edit waypoints created by other people. Id like to be able for the icon to be changed when someone visits the site and to move the waypoints between folders in the main shared folder. Right now only the person who created the point can make any edits. This has worked in the past, has always seemed glitchy, and now is not working at all. Am I doing something wrong? This should be possible right? 

--Now it seems that I cannot even edit my own points in the shared folder. When I click on "edit" I get a notification that "This has moved" and to click on the waypoint and select actions to edit. When I do the waypoint specific map goes blank and nothing happens.
