I have the same issue. Its used to work fine. Last night I tried to upload a new file and its not working. May be a bug in their latest release...

Looks like Import isn't working at all, a file I uploaded last week won't upload now.

I think they are working on the bug. Support engineer gave me a workaround for uploading a file. It worked for me. https://www.gaiagps.com/

I haven't been able to import tracks for several days either.

Support replied:
Sorry for the trouble.
This is related to a bug in the website. Here are 2 workarounds:
1. You can try our old import page: https://www.gaiagps.com/upload-old/
2. Import via the app:0 -
The upload_old method didn't work for me, it took the file but I never got an email and the track never appeared. Transferring the GPX to an Android device is a PITA, especially as I have several I want to look at.
