A way to save and share basemap / waypoints / routes all in one?
AnsweredLike the title says, is there a way to save and share a basemap, waypoints, and a route all in one?
When I hit the Download Map button, it seems to only download the basemap and not the routes and waypoints I put in the area?
Also when I hit the share button, it only generates a link for the particular waypoint or route I had selected at the time. I'd like to be able to share it to another Gaia user altogether? Maybe they could download it to their own map? Or is it easier to just share my Dropbox link and have them populate the map themselves?
I apologize if these are existing features and I'm just not seeing it! Thanks for your help though!

Hi @field.services,
I responded to your email already but will share the information here in case anyone else needs it.
In Gaia GPS, routes, tracks, waypoints, and areas are not connected to the map source. The map source and data all operate independently, which allows you to show and hide different data, and change map sources.
The best way to share all of that data with another user is to file your maps, tracks, waypoints, etc to the same folder, and then share that folder. Here are the steps:- Managing Folders in iOS, Managing Folders on Android, or Managing Folders on gaiagps.com
- Using Shared Folders in iOS, Using Shared Folders in Android, or Using Shared Folders on gaiagps.com
Note that the other user will need a Membership to be able to download offline maps, and would possibly need a Premium Membership depending on which map layers are being used.0
