Photos not syncing from phone app to web app

Hi there,

I am having ongoing difficulties with my photos that I take on my phone within the Gaia GPS app displaying as waypoints only when I open my account online. When I open my phone app I can see the photos are attached to the waypoints and I can view them, but when I try to view them on my computer it only displays as a waypoint with the title "my photo." Is there any way to resolve this?

  From your device, please open this email and tap on the following link:
  
  https://www.gaiagps.com/open/sync.forceallpush
  
  It should launch Gaia GPS and start a sync. When finished, it should show the current time next to Last Sync, but depending on how much data is syncing, it could take a few minutes.
  
  If you still have issues after that, please email support@gaiagps.com so we can troubleshoot further.
