Elevation track blank

On my last two trips (one bike 6/4 and one hike 6/6) in northeastern MA, the elevation plot shows a stead line with a couple downward spikes.  I am recording on an ipone 7.  This is a new development in the past 48 hours.  Previous trips show good elevation plot.  Please comment on status of coverage or if there is a setting I need to check.
