Import Google Earth Image Overlays
Often times I'll find a pdf or jpg online and I'll use google earth image overlays feature to make a .kml file of the image. When I try to upload this to Gaia using the upload feature, you get an error that says "Not tracks were found in the file" or something to that extent. I'm able to import this image into Garmin Basecamp so I know it's possible, I'm not not sure if there is another way to add this image overlay to Gaia.
I saw this question asked on Redit and the answer was essentially to email the gaia support email. Thanks in advance.

KML images are not supported in Gaia GPS. Sorry about that.
But I'm curious to know why you add images using the Image Overlay tool?
