Customizable zoning

To be able to create a zone or area box with labeling and color accents to mark property lines or regions of importance with in a landscape. I'm trying to use this application for a land restoration project but it seems i can only create tracks and waypoints. To be able to toggle the distances between points, measure area of the "zone" created, and to be able to mark or draw and generally work over the layers you have already provided.
