Can't view map on PC

What has changed?  i was able to view map on my laptop/PC using chrome.  Now it shows nothing with an error "can't display map"

  Hi @huy,

  We recently updated the maps on the website to be better and faster. One caveat is that maps can have trouble displaying on older computers but it is possible that updating your browser or switching to a new browser can help when you see this message. 
  
  You can still view the maps in the app without any issue.

  I have well maintained MS Surface Pro that has this issue using Chrome.  I tried it on Internet Explorer, but it also wouldn't work. i can understand it not working on IE, but on Chrome?  I can get other mapping websites to work just fine on this computer.

  • I am having this same issue. How was this resolved? Running completely updated Chrome and IE; both not working.
