Nothing snaps when creating routes

Hi,

I was creating a route and all well working fine. Then creating sectional routes stop working. Now, absolutely nothing will snap. I restart the app, restart the phone. Nothing snaps. All that happens in the blue ball moves around with my finger. That's it. Please help. IPhone 7 plus.

  Hi there, 
  I'm sorry you are having trouble creating a route. 
  
  Can you double check the route you are making is marked on the Gaia Topo map? The route maker uses trails marked on this map to know where to snap to. 
  
  Also, to create a new blue dot, can you try long pressing a new location on the map?
