Using USFS Roads and Maps along with MVUM Map, problem and solution

I had been using these two overlays together.  In the past, the seasonal roads on the MVUM maps displayed in a way easy to read.  All of the sudden, I could not find them when using the two overlays together.  To get them to work together to show the Seasonal Roads, there are two ways to do this.  One is to have the MVUM maps on top of the USFS overlay.  The other way is to have the USFS overlay on top and reduce opacity to 40 percent or so.  I thought the shaded area for seasonal roads would still show around the roads when USFS overlay was on top.  Hope this helps anyone that may find the same problem I did.  User error :) . By the way, I really like these maps.  It just takes some time to figure things out.
