My added map sourses not working on just my phone

I have a note 8 and gaia version 7.1.8 and I see the map source online and on my other devices but they wont load on my note 8 anymore.  I uninstalled the app, clear data and ceche still all I get is grey squares. 

 

Any ideas?

  Hi there,
  I'm sorry you are having trouble loading map source on your Note 8. 
  
  Here are some troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your Note 8 is connected to WiFi
  • Try setting your visible map to Gaia Topo: Tap the Layers icon> Gaia Topo
