MVUM and website membership issue
AnsweredI can't seem to figure out loading MVUM data on the app, and I'm also having an issue where the website directs to buy a membership (already logged in as a premium member) to load any maps when trying to create a route

Hi there, I'm sorry for the trouble - it looks like you may need to activate your membership in your account:
- Open the Gaia GPS app on your phone> Settings > your email will be listed under "Account & Subscription".
- If not, tap Account & Subscription >Log In> Have an account? Sign in.
- Then, tap the "Restore Purchases" button and follow the prompts if they're given.
You should see your membership listed under "Account". You will then be able to access the MVUM map on the web and in the app.If you still have trouble after that, please send a note to support@gaiagps.com so we can troubleshoot.
