Monetizing Maps - what's the policy?

As I mentioned in my previous post, I'm looking for a map that I have customization control such as;

• Creating off-road paths
• Hiking trails
• Custom Markers
• Fishing/Hunting
• ...etc.

Someone said that I can with Premium membership. Great! My question that I forgot to ask is... Am I allowed to sell these maps to my community member base? or does this go against GAIA GPS?
