In public and private land overlay misalignment, which one is the most accurate?

Which of the two showing misalignment should I be using (assuming one of them is accurate)? Attached is an example screen capture. Based on the scale, the misalignment is 50m to 200m in the area in which I am looking.

  Thanks for letting us know about this alignment issue. I created a bug report for this so we can investigate what is going on here.

  
  With the information we have, unfortunately, I'm not able to confirm which layer is more accurate. When in doubt, I recommend contacting your local country assessor.
